With "Spider Lilly", King Diamond presents the first taste of their upcoming new horror trilogy. One of the three parts will be titled "Saint Lucifer's Hospital 1920". The band line-up still consists of frontman King Diamond, guitarists Andy La Rocque and Mike Wead, bassist Pontus Egberg and drummer Matt Thompson. The band has announced a European tour for 2025.
