The three had previously formed "Promise of the Real" together with Lukas Nelson and Tato Melgar, with whom Neil Young toured from 2016 to 2019. The new album will be Neil Young's 47th studio album. It is about newly discovered and previously unreleased recordings from 1985 in Nashville. The 79-year-old will also go on tour in 2025.
